I looked through the images I took during my stay in Japan, and here are the clearest images I could get of the mon being worn by maiko and geiko in Kyoto. I noticed that geiko often wear a different mon than what seems to be their okiya crest, so while I've showed what geiko are wearing when I have a clear image of it, I'm not sure if this will be worth noting.

Kotoha's Erikae- She was wearing the daki-myoga crest.

Koyou's Erikae- She was wearing the Agehanocho crest.

Koyoshi's Misedashi- This is defnitely the crest of her okiya, the Nakagishi.

Gion Higashi's Tsuneyuu and Tsunekazu- During the Gion Odori, I noticed both of them were wearing this crest, with Tsuneyuu wearing it both for her costume and in her kurotomesode at the end. What's more, this seems to have been their crest of choice for a few years. I think it might be their okiya crest. Other photographers got a clearer image of it during the Odori.

Kyouka- Definitely the mon of her okiya, the Tsurui.

I'll add more later when I have time.
