Hello from Ohio
I see you guys got your forums up and running
I'm based in NorthWestern Ohio. Around here I do tea house presentations, gallery shows, and anime work shops on all things Kimono and Geisha related. I'm no expert, but I honestly love what I do and it is this passion that spreads the flames of interest and enlightenment about an otherwise reclusive world.
I have a small site that talks about what I do, events, and has photos at http://ohiokimono.wordpress.com
I'm always happy to trade links.

Re: Hello from Ohio
Welcome!
RJ's made a few subforums you may be interested in contributing in. There is a kimono-san subforum where I hope to post resources for kimono-san. We're still playing catch-up, so if you see anything, feel free to post it.
A quote I got, that very much describes myself as RJ and I went into business last year, that I think you may enjoy:
"To Learn, Read.
To Know, Write
To Understand, Teach."
Again, a sincere welcome!
